Amendments to the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics

Effective April 24, 2024, our Board of Directors approved amendments to our Code of Business Conduct & Ethics to, among other things, update language in our mission statement, list the international phone numbers for our compliance hotline, highlight employee rights to communicate with the government and discuss concerns about workplace matters and conduct based on recent developments in the law, and amend the fair competition section consistent with industry company practices. The amendments also include other non-substantive revisions and administrative changes. This is only a summary of changes to the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.
