Blueprint Medicines Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., March 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Blueprint Medicines Corporation, a leader in discovering and developing highly selective kinase drugs for genomically defined diseases, today announced it filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Blueprint Medicines intends to list its common stock under the symbol "BPMC" on The NASDAQ Global Market.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Cowen and Company, LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the offering.  JMP Securities will serve as a co-manager for the offering.  Wedbush PacGrow will also serve as a co-manager for the offering.

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the SEC, but has not yet become effective.
